M7 Health is a healthcare technology company building clinician scheduling and workforce management software, starting with nurses. Co-Founder and CEO Ilana Borkenstein experienced the problem firsthand as a registered nurse at Memorial Sloan Kettering. In 2022, she launched M7 Health with her Co-Founder Eric Gruskin, naming the company after the unit where she had worked. The platform matches staffing supply with patient demand, reducing administrative burden, and minimizing gaps in coverage.
