Akari is a membership-based neighborhood sauna rooted in Japanese onsen and sentō traditions, which Co-Founder Shayna Olsan experienced growing up there. The model is deliberately simple: communal dry saunas, cold plunges, and quiet rest — no bookings, no programming, no wellness theater.
