Will Berkowitz

As an Operating Partner at Lakehouse, Will focuses on helping portfolio companies navigate one of the hardest parts of company building: the messy, uncertain stage before product-market fit. It's work he knows intimately from his experience as employee #1 at Rhino where he helped scale the business from inception to $100M in revenue, leading product and GTM. The experience of building from zero to one, lots of rapid experimentation, and figuring it all out in real time is what drew him to support early stage founders. Will now spends most of his time in the Hudson Valley with his wife.
